Job Scope :
  1. Assist in building maintenance and facility management.
  2. Perform routine inspection and identify maintenance issues.
  3. Check the level of water and make sure water tank levels are sufficient and water up to the rooftop tank.
  4. Perform routine backwash for all water filter if applicable.
  5. Do a visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections are securely connected.
  6. Make sure all electrical equipment, appliances and fittings are in good condition.
  7. Supervise maintenance activities that include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works.
  8. Ensure routine checking and spot checks are carried out to all the units under renovation to prevent any illegal/unauthorized works.
  9. Maintain good communication with technicians, suppliers and contractors to resolve equipment problems and maintenance issues.
  10. Perform minor installation, maintenance and repair work for the building.
  11. Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.
  12. Resourceful to solve building maintenance related problems.
