Account Manager

Job Scope :
  1. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper account-related documentation.
  2. Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance.
  3. Liaise and assist on account audit related matters.
  4. Assist Accounts Manager on account related matters.
  5. Issue receipt after payment receive.
  6. Check bank daily collection and tally with receipts
  7. Prepare monthly vendor invoice and monthly utilities bill summary
  8. Responsible for general office administration.
  9. Attending incoming inquiries and complaints.
  10. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior.
