Account Manager
Job Scope :
- Responsible for handling and maintaining proper account-related documentation.
- Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance.
- Liaise and assist on account audit related matters.
- Assist Accounts Manager on account related matters.
- Issue receipt after payment receive.
- Check bank daily collection and tally with receipts
- Prepare monthly vendor invoice and monthly utilities bill summary
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Attending incoming inquiries and complaints.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior.
